  • Selling or renting the Application or any part thereof.

  • Modifying or reverse engineering the Application.

  • Creating derivative works of the Application.

  • Transmitting or distributing the Application over any network or medium.

  • Using the Application to violate any law or regulation.

6. Content

The Application contains content that is owned or licensed by us. You may not use this content without our permission. This content includes but is not limited to:


  • The Application's code.

  • The Application's graphics.

  • The Application's text.

  • The Application's leaderboard data.

7. Privacy

Our game respects your privacy. We only use the data for the purposes of the Application algorithm.

YOUR ACTIVITY PHOTO IS SHARED WITH ANOTHER PARTICIPANT FOR VALIDATION. DO NOT TAKE OR UPLOAD A PHOTO THAT IS PERSONAL OF NATURE.

The user consents that the Application shares activity photos with another user for the purpose of validation of the activity.

We do not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required to by law. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" and without any warranty. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
